Job Description:
As a Principal, you will oversee the academic and administrative operations of the institution, ensuring excellence in education and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. This role requires a commitment of 20 hours per week, focusing on leadership, strategic planning, and effective resource management. The Principal will also represent the institution in professional and community settings, driving its vision and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the academic and administrative functions of the institution.
  • Develop and implement strategies for enhancing educational quality.
  • Supervise faculty and staff, ensuring adherence to policies and goals.
  • Foster a culture of excellence in teaching, learning, and research.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and facilities effectively.

 

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or higher degree in Education or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
  • Proven experience in academic leadership.
  • Strong understanding of educational policies and curriculum development.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
